Our patronal feast day weekend! The Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes will be celebrated at all the weekend Masses, February 9 and 10, 2019. Among the events that weekend will be the presentation of our annual Fleur de lis Awards, Come and enjoy our famous French Meat Pies and caramel rolls, faith and fellowship at the first church to be named after the apparition at Lourdes in the United States!
Our Lady of Lourdes (Vigil Sunday Mass) Tea and coffee is served after 9.00am and 11.00am Sunday Masses at St. Teilo’s, usually once a month, after 10.00am Mass at St. Teilo’s on the first Friday of each month and after 10.00am Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes on the last Friday of the month.
Our Lady of Lourdes is the site of the first Roman Catholic Church in Barron County. The first Mass was celebrated in George Robarge’s cabin by Fr. Nacli in 1869. The same year Fr. George Keller, a missionary, marked out the location of the first church; a 40’x70’ log building located just north and east of the present church.
We are a parish of approximately 2,400 households, and our parishioners come from all parts of Columbia, Missouri and the surrounding areas. We are one of three Catholic parishes in Columbia, along with the St. Thomas More Newman Center and Sacred Heart Parish, and are a member parish of the Diocese of Jefferson City.

Our Lady of Lourdes Parish is located in scenic Park Hills. It can be reached from one of two exits off I-71/75. Thankfully, our church has a parking lot that can accommodate some 40 vehicles.
